AUSTRIA – Indirect estimates indicate 7,036 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C. 

BELGIUM –  Indirect estimates indicate 17,575 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C, with a further 8,342 at risk. 

BULGARIA – Indirect estimates indicate 31 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C. 

CROATIA – Indirect estimates indicate 112 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C.

CYPRUS – Indirect estimates indicate 1,301 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C, with a further 132 at risk. 

CZECH REPUBLIC – Indirect estimates indicate 312 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C.

DENMARK – Indirect estimates indicate 7,910 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C.

ESTONIA – Indirect estimates indicate 8 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C.

FINLAND – Indirect estimates indicate 10,254 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C, with a further 3,075 at risk. 

FRANCE – Indirect estimates indicate 125,000 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C, with a further 44,106 at risk. 

GEORGIA – Type I FGM/C is practiced by the Avar community (a small community in Georgia with a population of around 3000).

GERMANY – Indirect estimates indicate 70,218 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C, with a further 17,691 at risk. 

GREECE – Indirect estimates indicate 15,249 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C, with a further 748 at risk. 

HUNGARY – Indirect estimates indicate 396 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C.

IRELAND – Indirect estimates indicate 5,790 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C, with a further 1,632 at risk. 

ITALY – Indirect estimates indicate 70,469 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C, with a further 18,339 at risk. 

LATVIA – Indirect estimates indicate 5 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C.

LUXEMBOURG – Indirect estimates indicate 379 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C.

MALTA – Indirect estimates indicate 565 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C, with a further 279 at risk. 

NETHERLANDS – Indirect estimates indicate 41,000 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C, with a further 4,200 at risk.

NORWAY – Indirect estimates indicate 17,058 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C. 

POLAND – Indirect estimates indicate 207 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C.

PORTUGAL – Indirect estimates indicate 6,576 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C, with a further 1,365 at risk. 

ROMANIA – Indirect estimates indicate 79 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C. 

RUSSIA  – FGM/C is practiced in Russia by the Avar community in East Dagestan. Type I FGM/C was the most common, though among the Andi people, removal of the clitoris and the labia minora (Type II FGM/C) was also observed. 1240 girls are estimated to be at risk of undergoing FGM/C every year.

SLOVAKIA – Indirect estimates indicate 57 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C. 

SLOVENIA – Indirect estimates indicate 69 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C.

SPAIN – Indirect estimates indicate 15,907 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C. 

SWEDEN – Indirect estimates indicate 38,939 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C, with a further 11,145 at risk. 

SWITZERLAND – Indirect estimates indicate 14,700 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C. 

UNITED KINGDOM – Indirect estimates indicate 137,000 women and girls who have undergone FGM/C, with a further 67,300 at risk.
