1. Liability Release. I agree, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors and administrators, that Showtime Networks Inc., its parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies and each of their respective shareholders, successors, directors, officers, employees and agents, shall not be liable for any injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use of the awarded prize.

I acknowledge and understand that Showtime Networks Inc. has not arranged for, nor does it carry, any insurance of any kind for my benefit or that of my heirs, executors or administrators relative to use of the awarded prize and that I am solely responsible for obtaining and paying for any life, travel, accident, property or other insurance relative to use of the awarded prize.

2. Publicity Release. I grant permission to Showtime Networks Inc. to use my name, image, likeness, voice and biographical information about me for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes relating to the Series, Showtime Networks Inc. and/or the contest for which my host was awarded the prize, without additional compensation to me or to my host.
