Women's Run Kenya
The Women’s Run Kenya seeks to create awareness on the prevalence of sexual and gender based violence (SGBV) and the harm it causes as well as demand for the protection of women and children from all forms of SGBV. The run is premised on the fact that women and children have a right to feel safe in all spaces.
The Women’s run KE will be held on 25th November 2018 in Nairobi and various counties. The run is open to women and girls of all ages, ethnicity, ability, religion and social and economic status. It is a 10 km run within Nairobi City and will kick start at Uhuru Park at 7am.
