Our Team

As the Information and Data Officer, Anushka works with the Project Impact Analyst to collect, organise, and collate data across Programs. Her role involves researching and drawing on this data to support evidence of Equality Now’s contribution to outcomes and our work’s impact on the lives of women and girls.

Before joining Equality Now, she was an Operations and Project Manager in the music and entertainment industry. Her main responsibilities were streamlining processes, ensuring an efficient work environment, and overseeing operational activity across the organisation.

Anushka studied Popular and World Music at the University of Leeds and has worked in a variety of different industries and settings, including fashion, music, entertainment and education. She has a passion for music – listening to and learning about it – and its influence on the culture around the world. 

Based in London, UK, Anushka is fluent in English and is currently learning Spanish. Outside work, she enjoys cold water swimming, yoga, listening to music, reading, and catching up with friends and family over a nice meal.
