Russia's sexual violence laws and procedures violate their international human rights obligations - Equality Now joint submission to the Human Rights Committee (CCPR) 129th Session June 2019

The submission deals with our concerns about sexual violence laws and procedures in the Russian Federation that deny justice to survivors, which constitute violations of Russia's obligations under the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).
