Armenia – joint submission to the UN Universal Periodic Review 35th Session January 2020

This submission deals with our concerns with regard to definitions of sexual violence crimes enabling impunity for perpetrators, the prevalence of serious violations of women’s rights in Armenia, practices which enable impunity for perpetrators of sexual violence crimes, further harm to adolescent girl survivors of sexual violence and attacks on women human rights defenders.
