Ajay’s daughter motivates him to advocate for women’s and girls’ rights, and to become the best person and husband he can be. From the day his daughter was born, Ajay’s life truly changed as he witnessed perfection in its truest form. Growing up in India, where families traditionally valued boys over girls, Ajay came to understand the law’s importance in achieving gender equality. For example, it was extremely important that the government implemented laws against gender selection during pregnancy.
Ajay’s sheroes are his mother and wife. His favorite quote is by Robert Tew: “The struggle you’re in today is developing the strength you need for tomorrow. Don’t give up.”
